BROADBAND PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT PROJECT
The Communications Regulatory Commission /CRC/ of Mongolia intends to contract with a third party measurement company for consultant service to measure the performance of broadband networks and now invites the eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the service.
The main objective of this assignment is to measure both of fixed-line and mobile broadband performance in Mongolia to better understand end users’ quality of our licensed service and then to report it for public awareness.
The contractor shall supply the testing device/software designed for fixed-line and mobile broadband as well as do test to the measurement servers at multiple locations inside and outside of Mongolia and then the measurement results will be used as performance of broadband networks.
Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the service (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.).
