The Communications Regulatory Commission (CRC) of Mongolia now invites technical and quotation offer from international measurement manufacturers for the supply of for DVB-T/ T2 RF measurement receiver hardware and software, warranty and training services associated with the Measurement. The Procurement will be accomplished under a technical and price offer evaluation process and financed by the Communications Regulatory Commission of Mongolia.
Purpose of CRC is to monitor and evaluate Digital Television network with DVB-T2 standard. The measurement should be established in hand carry test measurement including testing antenna and light weight solutions as maximum 3 kg. It shall collect measurement results and geographical coordinates, and these measurement results should provide valuable information for network planning, verification, tuning, and optimization purposes. Measurement should support on all major networks as DVB-T/H/T2 and 1.1.1, 1.2.1 and 1.3.1 levels.
The Supplier shall furnish a integrated system, including the following elements and services: i) the design, ii) the hardware and the software, iii) the integration, the start-up and the acceptance tests, iv) the operation and maintenance manuals, vi) the documentation, vii) the technical support and viii) the maintenance, repairs and operational supervision during the initial, one-year warranty period.
